coordination, flexibility and strength.

45 minute class offers the 3-4 year old preschooler an
introduction to gymnastics. Preschoolers learn basic
skills of floor exercise, uneven bars, balance beam,
vault and trampoline. Smaller preschool sized equipment
is used.
