Playland Nursery
 

NOTICE:
Parents must remain in the building while child(ren) are in the nursery.

Check-In:

Please purchase nursery punch cards at the front desk. Then check in and out with the nursery attendant. Care is provided only while parent is at facility and for a maximum of two hours a day. This limit is set by the health department and there are no exceptions. Children are taken on a first-come, first served basis. If the nursery is full, you will need to come back at a different time.

Age Limits:

The nursery will not accept children over the age of 8. Playland is geared for children up to 8 years of age. Please do not ask an attendant to make an exception. These limits are for the safety of all children.

Snacks:

The only food permitted in the nursery area is prepared bottles for infants. Parents may provide spill-proof sippy cups with water for toddlers. There is to be NO food, candy, or gum.

Health Regulations:

For the safety of other children, if a child appears ill or infectious in any way; they will not be accepted into our center.

Behavior:

It is the policy of the Hutchinson YMCA to encourage children through character count traits: Caring, Honesty, Respect, & Responsibility. It is also our policy not to punish a children, but to encourage growth and learning from each experience a child has and each decision a child makes.
