Whether you are
just beginning your fitness program or having a hard
time staying motivated, reaching your goals, not
seeing results or feel that you have come to a
plateau, YMCA Personal Trainer can help! Your
personal trainer will design a program specifically
to meet your needs and goals. We will help you
establish safe and effective workout habits, while
motivating you to get healthier. This is
on-on-one experience. All training sessions
are one hour long. For best results, we
suggest that you register for our six or twelve
session package. Group Training (maximum two)
is only offered for the twelve session package.
These packages are only offered to Hutchinson YMCA
members.

3 one-hour sessions
6 one-hour sessions
9 one-hour sessions
12 one-hour sessions
Group training (Max
of two people, offered for 12 one-hour sessions
package only)

on choosing a trainer or the number of sessions you
require. Payment is required prior to the
