Group Exercise

From circuit training, to yogilates, to Zumba, we have something for every age and fitness levels.

Boot Camp- Circuit training, strength, and cardio for all fitness levels.  Class is all about modifications and progressions to your own pace, it will definitely motivate and challenge you.  M W 5:50-6:30 pm

Circuit Training– This class involves MMA style kicking and hitting stationary bags.  Other equipment used can include kettlebells, ropes, jump ropes, plyo boxes.  W 6:30-7:17 pm Sat 10:00-10:45 am

Low Impact Aerobics– A lower impact dance and fitness class, ideal for seniors and those just starting their fitness journey.  Helps improve balance, flexibility, strength and cardiovascular. M 9:45 am

Muscle Pump– A high repetition workout focusing on working all the major muscle groups with the use of a plate loaded barbell and free weights. Come have some fun working out as a group and getting a great workout in.  T TH 8:30-9:30 am and 12:15-12:45 pm.

Pilates– a body conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.  Exercises are aimed at building muscle strength and re balancing the body.  Excellent for improving posture, strength, flexibility, and aligning the body. T 9:45-11 am

PiYo– Total body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe.  It combines the practices of Pilates and Yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility, and have a great time doing it.  PiYo was created by Chalene Johnson for founder of Turbo Kick system.  Try something fun and different for your work out.   M W 12:15-1:00 pm Sat 8:45-9:30 am

Silversneakers Circuit-Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silversneaker ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is offered for support, stretching, and relaxation exercises.  Recommended as one of the most effective exercises for physical and mental well-being and is especially suitable and effective for arthritis.  F 9:45-10:30 am

Silversneakers Classic– Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills.  Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and ball are offered for resistance, along with a chair for seated exercises and support for standing exercises.  T TH 1:00-1:45 pm

Yogalaties– Yoga and Pilates combined to help gain core strength, flexibility and balance.  T Th 5:45- 6:45 am

Zumba– High energy fun class, great work out dancing to latin and today’s hit music. T Th 5:30-6:30 pm


Martial Arts

This program will help provide life skills needed to face the day-to-day struggles.  Thru courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-discipline, self-control: these traits will help with life skills needed to succeed.  Classes meet every Monday 6:30-7:30 and Friday 5:30-6:30.  Cory Kowitz is the lead instructor and carries Black Belts in Goju Karate, American Karate and Taekwando. The YMCA offers 2 free classes to each person as a way to determine if the program is right for you.  Come have a blast learning something new that you can take into your daily life.


Members $45 for individuals and active family memberships up to 3 family members

Program participants $65 for individuals, first 2 family members pay $65 each then each additional family member is $32.50



Medical & Wellness Evaluations

Your health and well-being is important to you, your loved ones and the Y. our staff can help evaluate your current health and fitness status and help you set realistic personal goals. Evaluations include blood pressure screenings, body fat testing, and fitness testing .
