class that introduces challenging combinations. The
first 45 minutes is dedicated to full body muscle
conditioning workout to improve strength, tone and
define followed by upper/lower body work, then a cool
down.

variety. A class that offers something for everyone.

CRUNCH:
Improve your posture and provide support for a weak
lower back. This 30 minute class will concentrate on
strengthening and firming your abdominals. Also, there
will be different exercises to build strength in the
muscles that stabilize the lumbar region in your back.
For a good balanced workout, meet in the aerobic gym.

BURN
IT UP: Burn It Up is a
challenging, high energy workout that involves step and
aerobic movements working you through fun choreography
and diversity. Upper/lower body strengthening and abdominal
work then a cool down follow 45 minutes of cardio.
